Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of RedZoneIQ at redzoneiq.app. By creating an account, using account-only features, or purchasing RedZoneIQ Pro, you agree to these Terms and the linked policies.
If you do not agree, do not create an account or purchase a subscription. You may continue to use public pages only as permitted by these Terms.
The service
RedZoneIQ is an NFL analytics application that presents player, team, game, matchup, fantasy, and red-zone information. Public availability, supported metrics, data sources, and features may change as the product develops.
RedZoneIQ is not a sportsbook and does not accept wagers. Its statistics, rankings, comparisons, and insights are provided for informational and entertainment purposes, not as financial, wagering, legal, or professional advice.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in method and for activity performed through your account. Provide accurate information and promptly update account details that become inaccurate.
You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you are below the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must authorize account and subscription use.
Pro subscriptions
RedZoneIQ Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly automatically renewing subscription. Current pricing and included features appear on the Pro page before Checkout.
Stripe hosts payment collection. Unless you cancel before the next renewal, Stripe charges the payment method on file for the next billing period. Cancellation and refund terms are part of the Billing & Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse RedZoneIQ or help anyone else do so. Prohibited activity includes:
- attempting to bypass access controls, subscription checks, rate limits, or security measures;
- using automated access in a way that disrupts the service or creates unreasonable load;
- copying, reselling, or republishing substantial portions of the service as a competing data product;
- uploading, transmitting, or sharing unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing material; or
- using the service to violate law or the rights of another person.
Saved research and sharing
Research boards and saved views store links and viewing state for your account. Saved views run against current data when reopened; they are not frozen historical datasets.
Unlisted shared links can be opened by anyone who receives the URL. You are responsible for deciding what to share and where to post the link. You can revoke supported shares, but third-party platforms may retain cached previews after revocation.
Data and availability
RedZoneIQ works to present useful, current information, but sports data can be delayed, incomplete, corrected, or unavailable. We do not guarantee that any statistic, ranking, schedule, injury context, or calculation is error-free or available at a particular time.
Do not rely on RedZoneIQ as the sole basis for a financial transaction, wager, legal decision, or other high-stakes action.
Third-party services
Authentication, payment processing, hosting, analytics, and data delivery may depend on third-party providers, including Clerk, Stripe, Vercel, and upstream sports-data services. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply when they process information for the service.
Ownership
RedZoneIQ and its original software, presentation, branding, and product design are owned by the service operator or its licensors. NFL, team, player, and third-party names, marks, data, and imagery remain the property of their respective owners.
These Terms give you a limited, personal, revocable right to use the service. They do not transfer ownership of RedZoneIQ or third-party materials.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, providers, or legal rights, including for nonpayment, security risk, fraud, prohibited use, or material violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time and may cancel Pro through Plan & billing.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RedZoneIQ is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RedZoneIQ and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented through a reasonable notice when required.
