Billing & Refund Policy

RedZoneIQ Pro currently costs $12 USD per month or $50 USD per year. Both cadences include the same Pro capabilities. The exact price, cadence, and any valid promotion are shown again in Stripe Checkout before you authorize payment.

Pro is a digital service. Access begins after RedZoneIQ receives confirmation of a successful subscription and may take a short time to synchronize.

Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the selected monthly or yearly cadence until canceled. Unless you cancel before renewal, Stripe charges the payment method associated with the subscription for the next period. RedZoneIQ does not offer a free trial unless Checkout explicitly states otherwise.

You may cancel at any time by signing in, opening User settings, selecting Manage billing, and completing cancellation in the Stripe Customer Portal. If the portal is unavailable, email support@redzoneiq.app for help.

Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You retain Pro access until that date and are not charged for the next period. Canceling does not automatically refund charges already processed.

Except where required by law or where RedZoneIQ confirms a duplicate charge or billing error, subscription charges are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins. RedZoneIQ does not ordinarily provide prorated refunds or credits for an unused portion of a monthly or yearly period.

To request review of a charge, email support@redzoneiq.app with the account email, charge date, and a brief explanation. Do not send full card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials. Refund decisions and processing time depend on the circumstances and payment network.

Report an unexpected, duplicate, or incorrect charge promptly. RedZoneIQ will review available account and Stripe records and correct confirmed errors. If you believe a payment method was used without permission, also contact the card issuer immediately.

Stripe may retry a failed renewal payment. RedZoneIQ keeps Pro access available for up to three days after the latest subscription status update that marks the account past due. After that grace period, Pro is paused until payment succeeds. Access also stops when the subscription becomes unpaid, canceled, paused, incomplete, or otherwise ineligible. Updating the payment method or completing renewal can restore access.

A promotion applies only as described at Checkout and does not change the automatic-renewal terms unless expressly stated. Prices shown on the Pro page may not include taxes or payment-related amounts required in a particular location; any applicable amount collected through Checkout is displayed before payment authorization.

RedZoneIQ may update pricing or this policy prospectively. Existing subscribers will receive reasonable notice of material changes when required. A new price does not apply before the effective renewal date disclosed to the subscriber.
