Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how RedZoneIQ handles information when you visit public pages, create an account, purchase Pro, save research, export data, share analytics, or contact support.
Information we collect
The categories depend on how you use RedZoneIQ:
- Account information: name, email address, authentication identifier, verification state, and basic profile details supplied through Clerk.
- Subscription information: Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, selected plan, status, billing period, and cancellation state. RedZoneIQ does not store full payment-card numbers.
- Research and preferences: board names, saved players, teams, views, filters, display preferences, and fantasy scoring format.
- Sharing information: shared chart, table, or board content, source page, link identifier, creation time, and revocation state.
- Usage and technical information: page and feature interactions, device or browser characteristics, network and security logs, and error diagnostics processed by the app and its hosting providers.
- Support information: the content of messages you send and the contact details needed to respond.
How we use information
- provide authentication, account settings, subscriptions, research, exports, and sharing;
- keep saved preferences synchronized across supported sessions;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service;
- process payments, maintain entitlements, and respond to billing issues;
- measure aggregate product usage and feature performance;
- communicate about support, security, policy, or service changes; and
- comply with law and enforce service terms.
Cookies and local storage
RedZoneIQ and its providers use cookies or similar browser storage for sign-in sessions, security, theme, sidebar state, data scope, scoring preferences, recent selections, and one-time migration or help-state markers. Browser settings can clear or block storage, but account and preference features may stop working correctly.
Service providers
RedZoneIQ relies on providers that process information for specific operational purposes, including Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payments and subscription management, Vercel for hosting and product analytics, Neon for application databases, and sports-data providers for NFL information.
These providers process information under their own contractual and privacy obligations. Payment credentials are entered on Stripe-hosted surfaces rather than stored by RedZoneIQ.
When information is disclosed
Information may be disclosed to service providers described above, when you direct sharing, to protect users or the service, to investigate fraud or security incidents, to comply with lawful process, or in connection with a business reorganization subject to appropriate protections.
RedZoneIQ does not sell personal information or use account data to operate a targeted-advertising marketplace.
Retention
Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain account and billing records, preserve security and audit history, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Shared links may be retained until revoked or removed. Some backup, provider, or legal records may remain for a limited period afterward.
Your choices
- Change supported display and scoring preferences in User settings.
- Manage subscription payment details or cancellation through the Stripe Customer Portal.
- Revoke supported shared links from Plan & billing.
- Request access, correction, or deletion of account-related information by contacting support. Some billing, security, or legal records may need to be retained.
- Control nonessential browser storage through your browser, subject to feature limitations.

Security
RedZoneIQ uses access controls, hosted authentication and payment providers, transport encryption, signed webhook verification, request limits, and other reasonable safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so protect your sign-in method and report suspected account misuse promptly.
Children
RedZoneIQ is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information. A person who cannot legally purchase a subscription must use paid features only with authorization from a parent or legal guardian.
Changes and contact
